Karmic Supernova was built on a conviction most consulting firms won't admit: that the gap between strategy and execution is where organizations bleed the most value. Not in the boardroom. Not in the backlog. In the space between the two.

We didn't start in a software lab. Our roots are on factory floors, designing processes so precise that assembly workers at IBM mainframe facilities wouldn't miss a single fastener. In pharmaceutical production lines, discovering that repositioning one person in a bottleneck operation could increase throughput by 20%. That's where we learned that every minute of downtime carries a dollar figure, and that the best technical solutions come from people who understand how businesses actually operate before they write a single line of code.
